Nantucket Off-Shore: Rasta Rub

Nantucket Off-Shore is one of our favorite for rubs that are out of the ordinary and absolutely extraordinary. Rasta Rub is a Jamaican jerk seasoning, that captures the tropical vibrancy of the Caribbean by combining sweet allspice, cinnamon, and nutmeg, with savory thyme, onion, garlic, and super hot Scotch Bonnet peppers. Rub on ribs, pork roasts, chicken, and shrimp. Use in any recipe calling for jerk seasoning. This one is sure to be a hit!
